With individual counselling for those at the highest levels of seniority in mind, we have developed the Top Executive programme. The medium of one-to-one consulting opens a multitude of new avenues and possibilities.
Upon request, coaching can be provided with the aim of achieving a professorial position, as well as a thorough and individual financial summary for those approaching retirement. The Top Executive programme is centered around an intensive and personally-oriented course conducted in seclusion on the island of Majorca.
Leaders in Transition®
Mapping out the development of a personal strategy
Those who want to see the whole picture need space to do so. That is the thinking behind Leaders in Transition. A maximum of four top executives from different professions gather for just under one week, putting their daily working lives briefly aside in order to think over - and perhaps define anew - the course of their lives and careers.
Together with two experienced coaches - in group format and during individual discussion - new perspectives will be identified, developed and put into action. It is a very special aspect of this course - the encounter between top executives with similar experience and responsibility - learning (in a completely removed location) about the competitive situations present in their respective organisations, and building valuable relationships for the future.
"Xanadu" is a completely secluded property on Majorca. Luxuriously appointed and in a beautiful location, it is the ideal place for such a gathering. The participants naturally come away from here re-invigorated, and enjoying a new sense of clarity.
