Average age of candidates in 2004The average age of our candidates is 41,8 years which represents a significant drop compared to the previous year. The share of female candidates amounts to 16 percent. (Over the past year the average age of our candidates has become significantly younger.)

Length of counselling period in weeks (2004)
Despite a difficult market situation, the average duration of the counselling process merely extended to 6 7 months, with younger candidates it lasted 4 5 months, and with older candidates (47 years +) 7 8 months can be considered average.

Average counselling period: 31,94 weeks (referring to all candidates with OPC programs of
3 months and above).
Target position achieved in 2004
Among those clients with a 6 months or longer counselling program, 85 percent achieved a new position, although 29 percent had to accept slight compromises. Merely 15 percent were without a new position at the end of the counselling period.

General rating of counselling (2004)
At the end of the counselling process, candidates express a very high degree of satisfaction with both the personal and also the professional methods used during the consultation. Of importance to us is also the overall satisfaction - despite or even because of the difficult market situation.
