Analysis of potential amongst employees is the modern tool of choice around which companies base their approach to Human Resources. Internally it can be used as a technique to fill new positions or to determine promotion suitability amongst employees. Externally, it helps the decision-making process in the selection of potential new employees. Even after they have commenced their new duties, we recommend ongoing analysis - individually or on a group basis. The reason for this is that in each and every case it is worthwhile consistently re-defining and evaluating what is required from an employee in their particular position.
