Individual counselling within the Outplacement programme is especially designed with managers and executives in mind. For efficiency and intensive focus, a one-to-one situation is essential. The counselling will be a combination of the needs of the employee and the application of Mühlenhoff know-how. The extent of the counselling will be set according to individual requirements, and further defined by the time-span allowed. Counselling sessions can be conducted over 3, 6, 12 and 24-month periods: the last containing a fall-back guarantee of further counselling should a probationary period not lead to the offer of a full contract (for whatever reasons).
