Group Counselling within our Outplacement programme is our service for companies who are obliged to conduct severance proceedings with several employees at one time. The centrepiece of this service is a 2 or 3-day seminar, aimed at preparing participants for their new situation.
These individually-prepared seminars aim to overcome the difficulties associated with severance situations by concentrating upon the ascertainment of capabilities and strengths: showing employees how to work with these towards achieving appropriate employment in a new domain.
A post-seminar service is included, offering support in the days immediately following the session, plus a telephone counselling hotline. The precise extent of this support needs to be determined according to the company's requirements at the outset of the project. We recommend no more than 10 participants per seminar.
