1990
Foundation of company. To ensure proximity to clients, we establish offices simultaneously at two locations: Düsseldorf and Frankfurt. From the very start, the company maintains business relations with a variety of sectors, initially with focus on financial services and chemicals.

1991
In order to work on a European wide basis, we join the European Career Partners.

1992
Due to client demand we open further offices in both Hamburg and Munich. We extend our service range by adding concept and execution of analyses of corporate working climate.

1993
We develop particular outplacement concepts for groups which have been further enhanced ever since.

1994
Offices in Berlin and Stuttgart were established.

1996
In anticipation of the federal government's relocation to Berlin, we open a temporary office in Bonn which meanwhile has been closed again. The demand rises for both analyses of potentials and management audits.

1997
In view of growing international business links throughout the German speaking areas as well as throughout Europe, we decide on a presence in Switzerland; from Basel we were able to serve also the South-Western part of Germany.

1998
Opening of an entity in Vienna/Austria thereby rounding up our presence in German-speaking neighbouring countries. www.muehlenhoff.com is introduced and offers a variety of current and valuable information to clients, candidates and interested parties.

1999
Once a European consulting network, it now becomes global: arbóra Global Career Partners.

With international partners we develop the Leaders in Transition® concept which is conducted in Spain. Meanwhile about eight to ten Top Executive Seminars are taking place every year.

2000
The size of the company reached by now enables us to handle major projects. We are frequently involved in e.g. large post merger projects.

2002
In the meantime the consulting volume of Mühlenhoff + Partner clearly exceeds five million Euros: More than 60 employees at 12 locations are at our clients' disposal.

In line with extensive change processes, we manage own transfer companies.

In view of the fact that both internal and external skills as well as advanced know-how are the basis of our success, our consultants gather up to five times a year in order to learn about latest developments and exchange their views with colleagues.

We look forward to the coming years and will strive, with all our strength and based on our mission statement, to pursue the successful development so far.
