The increasingly global nature of the markets and the accompanying changes to traditional company values make very high demands upon the companies themselves, and their employees, in embracing fundamental change and a steep learning curve. The objective of each Coaching project is to instill such an attitude in your employees. In helping them to recognize and draw out their own full potential, in giving feedback and support in problem situations, we aim to create in them new levels of motivation. At the start of the project we work closely with both company management and the employee to establish the objectives of the coaching.
