Muehlenhoff + Partner was founded in 1990 in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt. Today there are 15 branch offices throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. A total of 30 consultants advise clients and their employees from a broad range of industries. We have clients in all of the following industrial sectors: automobiles, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and plastics, cosmetics, EDV, electrical engineering, energy producers and raw materials providers, heavy engineering, textiles, transport and tourism, insurance, banking, and fund management.

The chief strength of our consultancy lies in outplacement, coaching, and the analysis of potential within the framework of employee appraisals. Our company philosophy has established a clear profile for us in the market: when working with that most valuable of resources - people - we believe that our three pillars of competence, commitment and empathy are the essential ingredients for success.
